    ‘BALIK RAYA’ FROM TRIO ROCKETFUEL ENTERTAINMENT TO HYPE UP YOUR EID CELEBRATIONS

    Wani Kayrie, Indah Ruhaila, and Nadeera, three of Rocketfuel Entertainment’s top female singers have teamed up to perform Rushdan’s wonderful “BALIK RAYA,” an Eid song.

    The pop Eid number, a classic with a temporary twist, took about two months to produce through three separate recording processes for each of the artists involved, which later was merged into a complete song.

    In conjunction with the Hari Raya celebration and launch of BALIK RAYA music video (MV) held at Centre Court, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Rocketfuel Entertainment hosted a special viewing and iftar session with friends from the media.

    According to Wani Kayrie, no matter how busy we are in our daily lives, as the festive season approaches, one thing for sure, a return to your hometown is a must to be with family, “Working 24/7 in the entertainment industry is no excuse not to go back to your hometown, and when Eid arrives I will always make time to fly back to Sandakan, Sabah, to be reunited with my loved ones.

    “BALIK RAYA isn’t just about returning to your hometowns, it’s more than that, and as Muslims, we only celebrate it once a year. Why not seize this opportunity to strengthen family ties, cherish our time together, seek happiness in simplicity, and appreciate our loved ones, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, where some may have lost family members.

    For Indah Ruhaila, the latest addition to the Rocketfuel Entertainment family, her experience during the filming of BALIK RAYA MV is something that shall remain unforgettable forever, “Imagine filming an MV for 24-hours straight! But in the end we managed to wrap it at 5 am. Filming took place in Sekinchan and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

    “Wani and I even choreographed our ‘impromptu’ dance routine that we hope will go viral as a ‘dance challenge’.

    Indah also shared one of her experiences during Ramadan at a bazaar when she was only 15, “What an experience it was! I used to help my family to sell food throughout the fasting month, and even though it rained sometimes and the water level would rise, we continued to run our business and the whole experience is just priceless! Apart from meeting with relatives and getting together with your loved ones on that special day.

    For newcomer Nadeera, recording her first ever Eid song is truly an unforgettable moment, “Alhamdulillah, I’m just grateful and over the moon to be part of this special project together with other great female singers like Wani Kayrie and Indah Ruhaila.

    “As a new artist, this coming Eid is special because I’ve never received any greetings from fans, and this will be the first of many more to come, apart from celebrating with family and friends, normally we just keep it simple and within family.

    Mr. Prem Anand, Head of Rocketfuel Entertainment, commented, “Just like the previous years, Rocketfuel will always come up with a few Raya songs to hype up the holy month of Ramadan,  and for this year we bring you three of our top female singers in one song.

    “I expect this song will be a new ‘favorite’ during the festive season and continues to be listened to every year by everyone.

    Wani, Indah and Nadeera hope that the song will be well-accepted by listeners throughout the country and get you in the mood to go back to your kampung and be with family, Wani added, “We really hope you enjoy listening to BALIK RAYA on your way back to see your loved ones and get in the spirit of Raya, and have a great celebration from all of us.

    BALIK RAYA is available for download on iTunes and as a caller ringtone from all major telecommunication service providers, and could easily be streamed and enjoyed 24/7 through various music-streaming portals such as Joox, KKBox, Spotify, Deezer, Apple Music and also YouTube Music.

    The MV is available for viewing exclusively on the official Rocketfuel Network YouTube channel.

    Siapa sangka perjalanan seni penyanyi cantik bersuara lunak ini sudah pun menjangkau 15 tahun lamanya, terbaharu, berbekalkan semangat dan cintanya terhadap bidang nyanyian, Indah Ruhaila kembali menghadiahkan single terbaharu yang dinanti-nantikan peminatnya berjudul ‘INDAH’ hasil ciptaan komposer terkenal tanah air, Firdaus Rahmat, manakala diterbitkan oleh label hiburan paling berpengaruh di rantau ini, Rocketfuel Entertainment.

    “Alhamdulillah, saya masih lagi giat memperjuangkan bakat yang dikurniakan Tuhan dan masih lagi aktif menerima undangan nyanyian di sana-sini.

    “Syukur di atas kelahiran single terbaharu ini dan yang pertama seumpamanya di bawah naungan Rocketfuel Entertainment, saya berasa terharu berbaur gembira kerana sudah lama tidak muncul dengan mana-mana lagu baharu.

    “Secara jujurnya, saya agak memilih dalam penghasilan sesebuah karya kerana hendak pastikan ianya betul-betul bermutu, menepati citarasa saya dan yang paling penting, dapat menarik perhatian halwa telinga peminat dan juga pendengar di luar sana,” ujar pemilik nama sebenar, Siti Ruhailah Hussein, 36.

    Single INDAH merupakan buah fikiran Indah sendiri yang mahukan kelainan dalam komposisi melodinya, dan seakan transformasi bagi dirinya yang merupakan penyanyi berpengalaman dan lebih matang dalam berkarya, ditanya apakah maksud single ini buat dirinya, ini penjelasannya, “Jalan cerita lagu ini datang dari saya, setelah berbincang dengan komposer Firdaus Rahmat, hasilnya sebuah karya yang lain dari lain dan kedengaran sedikit ‘fresh’ dan lebih kepada ‘feel’ masa kini.

    “Ia menceritakan tentang kemampuan seorang wanita yang pasti beroleh kebahagiaan jika mereka mencintai diri sendiri dahulu, kiranya seperti ‘self-love’, seterusnya perasaan ‘indah’ itu akan datang dengan sendirinya.

    Single INDAH berjaya dirakamkan dalam masa 2 jam sahaja di Studio World Peace, dan kali pertama mendengarnya, pendengar pasti terhibur dengan karya bernuansa pop dansa ini kerana ada patah di dalamnya yang dinyanyikan secara rap oleh Indah sendiri, menyuntik elemen kelainan yang dimahukan selain menjadikannya lebih ‘tersendiri’, tambah Indah lagi, “Setelah sekian lama saya tidak hadir dengan mana-mana lagu baharu, saya anggap ini sebagai hadiah melepaskan kerinduan peminat yang sudah lama menunggu, serta jangan lupa menyaksikan MV INDAH di YouTube nanti yang berkonsep minimalis dengan elemen yang ‘indah-indah’ sahaja.

    “Saya berharap supaya INDAH dapat diterima oleh semua, terutamanya peminat saya dan pelbagai penggemar muzik tanah air, tidak mengira peringkat umur.
