When choosing between the HONOR 400 and HONOR 400 Pro, it’s essential to consider what matters most to you. For mobile photography enthusiasts, the HONOR 400 Pro shines with its 200MP Super Sensing Main Camera and an additional 50MP AI Telephoto lens with Sony IMX856 sensor, offering up to 50x zoom and dual OIS/EIS stabilization. While the standard HONOR 400 doesn’t feature a dedicated telephoto camera, it still impresses with 30x AI Super Zoom capabilities, making it the first in its class to offer such functionality through its main camera. Both models are equipped with a 50MP Portrait Selfie Camera, perfect for high-quality front-facing shots.

In terms of design and portability, the HONOR 400 Pro comes with a spacious 6.7-inch AMOLED display, an 8.1mm profile, and weighs 205g—ideal for immersive entertainment. The HONOR 400, slightly more compact, features a 6.55-inch AMOLED display and is remarkably lightweight at 184g, making it more convenient for users seeking portability.

Durability is another strong suit, with both models offering SGS-certified crack protection. The Pro, however, offers more robust dust and water resistance with IP68 and IP69 ratings, while the standard model is rated at IP66. Both phones also share the same stunning 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 5,000 nits HDR peak brightness. They are equipped with a range of eye-comfort features such as Dynamic Dimming, Ultra Dark Mode, and Low Blue Light Technology. The Pro model also includes a Natural Tone Display that reduces eye strain by up to 18%.

Power users will appreciate the large 6000mAh Silicon Carbon battery in both phones, capable of lasting up to four years. The HONOR 400 Pro supports 100W wired and 50W wireless HONOR SuperCharge, fully charging in just 42 minutes wired or 61 minutes wirelessly. The standard model offers 80W wired charging, reaching full charge in 54 minutes. Both support up to 17 hours of video streaming.

Under the hood, the HONOR 400 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, while the standard version uses the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, ensuring smooth gaming and multitasking. Storage-wise, the Pro comes with 24GB RAM and 512GB storage. The standard model offers two configurations—24GB + 256GB and 24GB + 512GB, with a limited-time free storage upgrade from 256GB to 512GB.

The HONOR 400 Pro retails at RM2,699 and comes with a complimentary HONOR CHOICE Watch 2i and 1-year extended warranty. The HONOR 400 is priced at RM1,899 for the 256GB model and RM2,199 for the 512GB variant. Both come bundled with free HONOR CHOICE Earbuds X7e and an extended warranty, with the 256GB variant buyers also receiving a free storage upgrade and a HONOR Band 10 fitness watch when purchased from official online stores.
